The Circle Deepens 

A New Chapter of Remembrance

Dear Fellow Journeyers,

I hope this note finds you well and gently meets you wherever you may be in your own unfolding Journey.

As Memorial Day approaches, many of us naturally find ourselves reflecting on remembrance — honoring those who have touched our lives, shaped our journeys, and remains ever-present in our hearts in ways both seen and unseen.

There feels to be something quietly meaningful about the timing of this letter, for in many ways, this season of my own Life has become deeply rooted in remembrance as well — remembrance of what matters most, remembrance of who we are, and remembrance of the Essence within us that has never been lost.

This remembrance is the very heart of my work and has deepened the Path I feel called to walk— inspiring this very letter… at this very time.

 

Is there a Remembrance stirring within you — a longing for something difficult to define, yet quietly calling you forward?

Perhaps that longing is an invitation…

An invitation to give yourself the space and permission for your Truth to rise within you, expand you… and transform you.

 

As many of you know, I have often shared that my Life has been my greatest teacher.

 

Through the years, I have had the profound privilege of walking alongside individuals and groups through seasons of healing, grief, awakening, transformation, and remembrance. More recently, my years in hospice care have deepened this understanding immeasurably — reshaping and enhancing my relationship with Presence, with what it means to truly live, and with the exquisite, sacred Gift of simply being fully present with another human being. Whenever I consciously step into that space, again and again, I witness something beautiful!

Even in Life’s most difficult moments, there remains within us an Essence untouched — something whole, wise, and quietly waiting to be remembered… and embraced.

My years in hospice have strengthened and fine-tuned my ability to remain deeply grounded in Presence — no matter what. Sitting with individuals and families at one of Life’s most sacred thresholds has repeatedly revealed, that what matters most is rarely what we thought it was.

In many ways, hospice quietly revealed something that has long been present throughout my Life’s work: a calling to serve as what I have come to understand is a “Soul Midwife” — walking with others through times of transition, healing, grief, awakening, and remembrance, while gently supporting a return to the deepest Essence of who they truly are.

For without that Remembrance, there is no return.

And perhaps now, more than ever, many of us are being invited to rediscover that deeper Truth.

Finding ourSelves in Changing Times

Though these times may ask much of us, perhaps they are also inviting us into something deeper — supporting us in “Finding ourSelves.”

Old structures are shifting. Familiar ways of being may no longer fit. Many people are sensing change — inwardly, outwardly, or both. And with that can come uncertainty, fear, grief, questioning… and perhaps – a quiet knowing that something new is asking to emerge.

Ultimately, these times are not happening to us as much as they are happening for us.

Perhaps we are being invited inward.

Invited to pause.

Invited to remember.

To reconnect with the deepest Essence of who we are — beyond fear, beyond conditioning, beyond the expectations that have quietly shaped our lives.

What if this season is inviting us not merely to survive change… but to remember ourSelves?

To remember the Truth of who we have always been…

And to embrace the possibility of living more fully from that place?

It is from this space of reflection, remembrance, and renewed clarity that I am stepping more fully into a new chapter of service through Sedona Soul Integration.

My intention remains much the same as it has always been:

To create spaces where people feel deeply Seen and Heard, where they can reconnect with the Essence of who they are, and where remembrance becomes lived experience — embodied in ways that support healing, wholeness, confidence, clarity, and the unfolding of our true potential.

I am grateful to be opening a more expansive space for:

• Nature-Based Healing & Reflective Experiences

• Classes Supporting Healing, Coherence & Embodied Transformation

2026 Session Offerings

As I enter this next phase of service, individual 2-hour healing sessions will be offered at a new rate of $175 per session.

In deep gratitude for all those who have walked this path with me over the years, I would also like to extend a heartfelt offering:

Previous clients — and anyone with whom you feel inspired to share this newsletter — are warmly invited to schedule sessions at my former rate of $150 per 2-hour session through July 11, 2026.
