Rescheduling Policy

Individual Sessions:

“Please remember I have a 24-hour rescheduling policy, so if you decide the scheduled time won’t work for you, please be sure to let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged for a full session if you are unable to make the appointment.

Please call (978) 602-5375 within a 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be responsible for the cost of the session you missed.

All sessions are confirmed with a credit card and distance sessions must be paid in full, three days before the appointed time of session. Thank you!
